At Wheel & Wear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read our return and refund guidelines below.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be:
Unworn and unused
In their original packaging
In the same condition you received them
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
🔁 Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or received a defective item, we’ll happily exchange it (subject to stock availability). If the requested size/style is not available, we’ll process a refund instead.
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
